What is Sleep Direct?

Sleep Direct is a direct internet retailer specializing in CPAP and Bilevel devices, masks, and supplies used in the treatment of Sleep Disordered Breathing. We provide the latest equipment to consumers at low prices.

How do I order from Sleep Direct?

Orders can be placed online at SleepDirect.com by selecting the items you wish to purchase and placing them in your shopping cart. When ready to checkout, an account will be created to complete the process and the items will be shipped out to you directly. Orders may also be placed over the phone at 1-800-506-6904.

How do I create an account?

Creating an account is easy. Simply select items to purchase, place them in the shopping cart and when you are ready to checkout, an option to create a new account will appear. Enter the necessary information and proceed. Upon returning to our store, you can access your account again by selecting “My Account” and entering your login information.

Do I need a prescription to order equipment?

Yes, because PAP devices are defined by the FDA as Class II Medical Devices, a valid prescription from your physician is necessary before you can purchase PAP machines, complete humidifiers, and masks. You do not need to have a prescription for other items such as machine filters, tubes, accessories and components, however some insurance companies may desire proof of prescription before reimbursing for these items.

How do I get a prescription for my CPAP?

Once you have been diagnosed with a sleep disorder, you can obtain a prescription for the use of PAP equipment from your personal physician.

How do I submit my prescription to you

To submit your prescription, you can:

• Fax the prescription to: 503-296-2219

• Mail a copy of the prescription to:

Once we receive your valid prescription, your order will be processed and the item(s) will be shipped out.

Can you bill my insurance for my supplies?

We cannot bill your insurance directly for your supplies.

Can I seek reimbursement of my equipment through Medicare?

Purchases made on SleepDirect.com cannot be submitted as a Medicare beneficiary to Medicare CMS or a Medicare division of an independent insurance company.

How long does it take to receive my supplies?

Generally equipment will be shipped out within 1-2 business days from the completion of your order. Shipping times may vary based on location and shipping provider.

What is your return policy

Sleep Direct will accept returns for purchases made through SleepDirect.com on unopened items within 30 days of the date of purchase. Refunds will be given and do not include shipping charges. Because of the nature of the medical equipment sold on Sleep Direct, returns of opened items cannot be accepted.

- Masks and accessories are considered opened if the packaging has been opened.

- Machines are considered used if the packaging has been opened and usage hours are present on the machine, or if the packaging has been opened and the machine shows any signs of misuse or damage.

Sleep Direct will accept returns on products still under manufacturer’s warranty that have manufacturing defects. To return defective merchandise for a refund or replacement item, contact sales@SleepDirect.com. Let us know your order number and the reason for the return. No Return Authorization number is necessary. Shipping costs are not covered by warranties.
